Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any dispute with the redemption of the gift certificate(s) are between the purchaser and the businesses/owner/manager. In the case of a business closure during these uncertain times, the Sullivan County Chamber and Said Business/Owner/Manager are not responsible for any refunds or redemption of any gift certificates purchased.
